If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange, store credit or full refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Before returning an item please contact us via our contact form or email us at hello@delsoleil.com to obtain a return authorisation number.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.

Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind purchases.

Del Soleil is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit.

Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
